Anti-Spam Policy

We have a zero tolerance to Unsolicited Commercial Emails, which contributes to Spam. Emails sent on behalf of our clients clearly show who the email is from and where the recipient opted-in to receive the mailing.

If the recipient believes they have received an unsolicited commercial email from our client, they can
contact us by;

  • Replying to the email.
  • Emailing abuse@<domain name> or, postmaster@<domain name>.
    - the domain name is the part of the ’To:’ email address after the ’@’ sign.
  • Emailing postmaster_AT_yardstickmedia_DOT_com
  • Write to our address below.

If the recipient has not already done so, we will unsubscribe them and then investigate their complaint, asking our client to provide proof of recipients opt-in.

Recipient Opt-out / Unsubscribe link

Every e-mail sent by Yardstick Media Limited on behalf of our clients include an unsubscribe link. When a recipient clicks the link they are automatically removed from future mailings on behalf of that client immediately.

We process data for a number of clients and have very rigorous security measures in place to protect any personal data that is stored with us. This data is used only for the client’s mailings.

We do not make use of cookies but, our clients may do so. A cookie is a small piece of data that is stored on your computer which provides a unique reference for your machine. Whenever you click on a link, open an email or visit a web site, a cookie may be stored on your machine. The cookie contains no personal information whatsoever and simply provides information on the user activity relating to a particular client’s marketing campaign. This allows our clients to make more informed choices when sending marketing information in the future which should provide you with more relevant and targeted marketing.

How can I stop cookies?

If you are concerned about cookies and would prefer not to receive them you can disable them in your email client or browser setting.
